Florian Schaible, born in Augsburg, graduated from the Austrian Hotel Management School, Schloss Klessheim. 2002 was the first posting abroad on the time-honoured and majestic Queen Elizabeth 2. When the Queen Mary 2 was nearing completion, Florian had the great fortune to be part of the opening crew of what was then the largest and most luxurious cruise ship in the world.
In 2004, Florian was drawn to the sunshine of Southern California, whereupon his career with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts began. First he was at the Four Seasons Resort Aviara for 1.5 years, then he headed to Toronto for three years and from there on to St. Kitts and Nevis (Caribbean). In 2009, he moved to his new home – Lake Wörthersee/Austria, where he was able to gain his first experience in the management of the Aenea Designhotel.
In 2012, he took over the vice management of the Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa, one of the most renowned hotels in Switzerland.
2015 was the founding year of flospitality.
