Florian Schaible founded flospitality in 2014 as a sales agency for the tourism industry. In addition to the core competencies of sales and sales optimization, we have also been offering solution-oriented PR and communication services since 2021.
The international team of our boutique agency is multilingual and has many years of professional experience in the hotel industry at home and abroad. In addition, we draw on international know-how, a widespread network and competent cooperation partners worldwide and bring these to bear in the form of holistic support and consulting in the private and owner-managed hotel industry as well as in the world of luxury goods. With locations in Munich, Zurich, London and Rosenbach (Carinthia), flospitality is logistically optimally positioned to represent hoteliers in the best possible way.
We look after the following markets as an owner-managed agency: In the sales area, the DACH regions, the United Kingdom, Benelux and Scandinavia; in the PR area, the German-speaking countries of Germany, Austria and German-speaking Switzerland.
Our portfolio varies in the respective target markets, which are divided into the UK and the DACH region with Benelux and Scandinavia. From a palatial luxury hotel in Bangkok, a wellbeing and design hotel in the South of France or an international pioneer and world-renowned medical spa in Switzerland, which are represented in all of the markets we serve, to a boutique hotel in Santorini or a grande dame in St. Moritz for the UK market, to a family estate in Umbria or a boutique hotel in the South of France. Moritz for the UK market through to a family-run property in Umbria or a lovingly managed hotel in South Tyrol's Schnalstal Valley for the DACH region, Benelux and Scandinavia.
One thing has priority at all these hotels: they impress with their individuality, high quality standards, warm, personal service and love for their guests!
In addition to the hotels, which are often members of Small Luxury Hotels or Leading Hotels of the World, our customers also include luxury goods associated with the hotel industry, whether beauty, wine or design.
